1 General Terms and Acceptance

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Any bonus balance or free spin entitlement remaining at the point of expiry will be removed from the player's account automatically, along with any pending winnings derived from that bonus.

6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the 22db platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 22db and will result in immediate account suspension, account termination, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, and where appropriate, reporting to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh:

7 Account Suspension and Closure

• Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud, or bonus abuse
• Failure to complete age verification or KYC documentation within the required timeframe

• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other lawful direction requiring 22db to close the account
• Prolonged inactivity (an account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, or wager activity for a continuous period of twelve months)

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure
